Rhythmic Enhancement of Motor Performance: Cortical Mechanisms in Healthy Older Adults and Parkinson’s Disease

This study planned to learn more about the areas of the brain that react to auditory signals in people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and people without PD. We aimed to learn how these signals can affect motor symptoms in Parkinson’s disease.
